Ordering
If you are not 101% sure about the right size & fit of the clothes you are about to order we are more than happy to assist you. Just contact us. It is better to spend little time on this before ordering to avoid the trouble of changing your new purchases.
Place the items you desire in the cart. The items will appear in the cart located on top right corner of the site. Finalize your order from the cart by clicking "proceed to checkout". Please make sure the items and sizes are the way you wanted.
Fill in the required information and confirm your order. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email.
Once the order is confirmed follow the payment instructions.
Payment
You can pay with MobilePay, Visa, MasterCard, American Express or bank transfer. Your order will be sent out as soon as we have received your payment.

Paytrail Oyj is a collecting payment service provider and an authorized Payment Institution working in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient on your bank or credit card statement. Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant. For complaints, please contact the website the payment was made to.

Shipping
Shipping to Finland is free.
To ship abroad we charge 20€-50€ according to DHL Express rates.
We use Posti Priority Mail for deliveries in Finland and DHL Express abroad.
Orders are shipped from Helsinki, Finland. You will receive the tracking information to the email address you gave as soon as your order has been shipped.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 14 days for a size or merchandise exchange, refund or credit for future purchases.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
First email us to inform you want to make a return. Your e-mail should include your personal information and details of the item(s) you want to return or a copy of the original Order Confirmation.
We will send you a mail with details for shipping the items back to us.
The returned item(s) must be in same condition as sent. All original tags, hangers, boxes etc included. Pay attention to packing.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
We strongly suggest for you to use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance at all times. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We will not refund unless we receive the good in proper condition.
Refunds will be paid in maximum 30 days after receiving the returned item(s).
We operate under the Finnish laws regarding selling goods via post order.
